Frame.io only allows listing projects in workspaces you are a member of. Projects shared with you directly, for example view-only or through an invitation to a single project, won’t be included.
To fix it, ask the project’s owner or a workspace admin to add you as a workspace member with at least “Edit & Share” access. The project will then appear in Oropod within a couple of minutes.
If you used Frame.io before it became part of Adobe, your Frame.io account may not be connected to your Adobe account yet. Signing in with an unconnected Adobe account shows a new, empty Frame.io account instead of your existing projects.
To fix it, open Frame.io’s profile settings and connect the two accounts under Profile → Authentication, using the same email address for both. If that doesn’t work, ask Frame.io support for help.
Viewing, streaming and downloading all require “Edit & Share” access (or higher) to the project in Frame.io. With view-only access, Frame.io withholds the media links Oropod needs, so Oropod can’t use the source. It’s marked with A (a hand icon), and tapping the source explains what’s missing.
To fix it, ask the project’s owner for “Edit & Share” access.

If the owner removes your access, the source locks and its files can’t be browsed or downloaded. The source shows Access revoked in the sources list.
If this is unexpected, ask the owner to restore your access. The source unlocks again on the next sync.
After two weeks without an internet connection, Oropod needs to confirm that you still have access to your Frame.io projects, so their sources lock. Connect to the internet and they unlock automatically.
Your Frame.io session has expired. Open settings, choose Accounts, tap A (the Frame.io account) and sign in again. Your projects and any downloaded files are kept while the session is expired.
