Signing in to Oropod Storage

You need an account to use Oropod Storage. Sign-up isn’t public yet, but you’ll receive an invitation if your project is using the service.

This page covers projects hosted on Oropod Storage. If your project lives on Frame.io instead, you sign in with your own Adobe ID and none of this applies, so start at How to use with Frame.io.

Accepting your invitation

  • You’ll get an email from Oropod with the subject Invitation to join Oropod. If it hasn’t turned up, please double-check your spam folder or email us at info@oropod.com.
  • Accept invitation takes you to a browser, where you choose a password. The account belongs to the address the invitation was sent to, so keep using that address from here on.
  • An invitation expires after 30 days. If yours has run out, email us at info@oropod.com and we will send a fresh one.
  • Install the Oropod app on your iPad, Mac or iPhone if you don’t have it already.

Tips

  • You sign in once per device and stay signed in, including while you are offline. Your account sits under SettingsAccounts, which is also where you sign out, and signing out leaves your offline files on the device.
  • If the project list stays empty after you sign in, email us at info@oropod.com and say which address you signed in with. Access is tied to one exact address, so an empty list is usually a mismatch we can fix in minutes.
