First go back to the top level of the project, where the sidebar shows Days, Scenes, Shots etc.
Tap/click Sources in the sidebar
This lists the sources attached to your project, e.g. cloud services and network disks
Tap/click a source (e.g. TC Dailies) to browse its folders and files directly
Folders are listed first, followed by files
Tap/click a folder, e.g. A (2016-11-01), to open it, or a file to view it
Sources will sync automatically, but you can also trigger syncing manually by tapping/clicking B (the ⟳ button)

Tips
Browsing sources is especially useful when metadata hasn’t arrived yet. Until it does, browsing by day, scene, shot or tag won’t find anything, but the files themselves are already there.
