Hiding projects

You can hide a project you don’t need on a device, e.g. when you have finished working on it. Hiding keeps the project list tidy and frees up storage space (if it has downloaded files for offline use). You can unhide projects at any time.

Hiding a project

• Tap/click A (Edit) above the project list

• Tap/click A (the hide button) on the project’s poster, then tap/click Done when you’re finished

You can also touch and hold the poster (or right-click it on a Mac) and choose Hide.

Downloaded files

If the project has files downloaded to the device, Oropod asks before hiding it, since hiding deletes them. A project downloading files automatically also stops doing so.

Files belonging to a source that another project on the device also uses are kept, since that project still needs them. Downloading them again later is quick, as Oropod keeps the project’s metadata.

Unhiding a project

• Tap/click A (Add…), the tile that follows your projects

• Tap/click A (Unhide project). If there is nothing else to add, Oropod skips this step and goes straight to your hidden projects.

• Tap/click the project you want back

Tips

• Hiding only affects the device you do it on. The project stays visible on your other devices and for everyone else working on it.
• Unhiding doesn’t restart automatic downloads. The next time you open the project, Oropod asks again whether to download its files automatically.
