Pomfort Silverstack XML

Oropod imports metadata from Pomfort Silverstack XML clip reports. Upload the XML files to your project’s storage together with the clips, and Oropod will import them automatically.

• Oropod matches each entry in the report to clips by clip name.
• Oropod imports scene, shot, take and camera from the slate info, and tags from the Custom 3 field.
• Oropod reads the day number and date from the Custom 1 field, e.g. D12 2026-08-13. D12 alone sets the day number but no date.
• The date is the day the material belongs to. It stays the same when a shoot runs past midnight, and has no time and no time zone, so Oropod never adjusts it for one.
• If Custom 1 has no day number, Oropod takes the date from the clip’s shooting date, the timestamp the camera recorded. It uses that as written, without adjusting for time zones, but a clip rolled after midnight lands on the next day.
• Oropod marks a clip flagged in Silverstack (or tagged circled) as circled.
• Oropod omits a clip tagged ignore from metadata-based navigation (e.g. the day, scene and shot lists), but still shows it when you browse sources directly.
• The clip’s metadata view shows the remaining fields (timecode, camera settings, processing and more).
