Troubleshooting metadata

If you see one of the following, Oropod might be missing metadata:

• Greyed out navigation options
• Missing scenes, days, shots, takes or tags

Try the following:

• Browse the project’s sources instead, since clips often arrive before metadata
• If you’re managing the project, read about importing metadata
• If not, wait for e.g. the DIT to finish uploading metadata
• Refresh the source: See Browse sources
